Your information belongs to you.
This policy explains what Kenzie Consulting LLC, trading as Kitschy Notions, collects through kitschynotions.com, why it is needed, which service providers receive it, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion.

We collect only what we need to run the shop:
- Order information: name, email, shipping and billing address, and order contents, collected at checkout.
- Inquiry information: the name, email, and message you submit through our contact or newsletter forms.
- Account information: optional project notes, measurements, and private project files you save to your Maker Profile.
- Technical information: basic device and usage data generated when you browse the site.
- To process, fulfill, and support your orders.
- To operate your account and keep the notes you choose to save.
- To reply to inquiries you send us.
- To send email updates, only where you have asked to receive them.
- To operate and improve the shop using general site activity and feedback.
- To detect and prevent fraud and to meet our legal obligations.
Payments are processed by Shopify. Card details are handled directly by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment systems; we never see or store your full card number.
We share information only with providers who help us operate the shop: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our website and form-storage infrastructure, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information. We do not publish account notes, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account notes are kept until you delete the account or ask us to remove them. Inquiry and newsletter records are kept until you ask us to remove them.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kitschynotions.com and we will respond within 30 days.
To stop marketing emails (Kitschy Notes), use Unsubscribe, the link in Email settings, the footer, or the unsubscribe link in every marketing email. Order and account messages from Shopify are separate.
We use cookies that are necessary for the site and basket to function, plus optional analytics (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand which pages are useful. You can accept analytics or choose essential cookies only via the notice on the shop; you can also block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may stop working.
The shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
