These are the practical and legal terms for using KitschyNotions.com and placing an order.
The website and shop are operated by Kenzie Consulting LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, trading as Kitschy Notions.

By browsing or ordering from this site you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colors can vary between screens, and handmade or natural materials vary slightly piece to piece. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or discontinue any product.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify; your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
We may refuse or cancel an order: for example where an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or a transaction appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
