Question 1

When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are packed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday. Because we are a small business run by just me and my husband, there may be times where shipping items takes a bit longer - in those cases, I will contact you directly.

Question 2

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order total. Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary on qualifying orders of $75 or more.

Question 3

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Question 4

Will my fabric arrive as one continuous cut?

Accepted Answer

Yardage is cut in one continuous length unless it is clearly displayed and labeled otherwise. Examples where fabric may not be continuously cut include pre-cut fabric bundles, project kits, scrap bags, and jelly rolls. At times we may offer discounted roll-ends and end-of-bolt discounts - in these cases, products will be clearly labeled to ensure you can plan your project without a hitch.

Question 5

Can I return cut fabric?

Accepted Answer

Our standard policy accepts returns for defective cut fabric only. Other requests may be considered individually at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We do not offer exchanges.

Question 6

What can I return?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns for defective products. Other return requests may be considered individually—please contact us with your order number and details. Exceptions are at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We do not offer exchanges.

Question 7

When will I see my refund?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within five to seven business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Question 8

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Accepted Answer

Please contact us through our contact form with your order number and details of the problem. Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will arrange a refund or the appropriate correction. We do not offer exchanges.

Question 9

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

If you made a mistake or had second thoughts, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We may be able to change or cancel an order before it is cut or packed, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started. If an item ships before you have had a chance to cancel it, please contact us using the form on our site and we will do our best to find a suitable arrangement.
