Palm-sized mini scissors from Hasegawa Cutlery in Seki City, Gifu, one of Japan's major cutlery-making towns (established 1933). Designed without finger loops; a light fingertip pinch cuts thread cleanly through blade alignment rather than pointed tips alone.

Includes a handcrafted silk tassel from Tassel Studio MARIMO in Chikugo, Fukuoka, and a matching genuine leather case. Handy for trimming threads, clipping tags, and small everyday cuts. Compact enough for a pouch or bag.
