Choose a heavier weight, usually 140 lb or 300 gsm and above, so the sheet does not buckle when wet. Lighter drawing paper is better suited to pencil, pen and marker.

Yes. Paint, mediums, brushes, drawing materials and paper goods are all sold individually if you are restocking one part of a project.
