Pre-Order

Pre-order Ruby Star Society, Fableism, Merchant and Mills, and other favorites before they sell out. Orders ship within one day upon delivery to our shop. We are happy to place custom orders on your behalf!

If there is a collection you don't see but you can't wait to get your hands on, contact us using the contact form on our site.

Information on Pre-Orders:

As we are a small, independently owned shop, payments are due in full to reserve your item(s). We hope in the future we will be able to offer a more dynamic option such as reserving through a deposit system.

If you place an order for a collection that we have featured and we are informed of a shipping delay from the vendor, we will reach out to you proactively and offer you your choice of in-shop credits toward a future purchase, or a full refund.

Once an item is delivered, our standard return policy applies.

Note: We do not offer refunds on pre-orders for special requests unless the item is damaged upon receiving it, in which case, our standard return policy will be applied.
